British Armor Identification
and Sappers Guide
army military ww2 air
force
Welcome
This manual gives the needed information to identify British armor and
the spots to place sapper charges to eliminate each tank. On the battlefield
it is very important to be able to correctly identify the armor that is
sighted. With correct identification we can deploy the appropriate equipment
to successfully engage and destroy the enemy tank. This will keep us from
firing on to a target, and giving away placement, of the units that are
not capable of eliminating the armor.
It takes practice and patience to become a good sapper. Each tank has
a particular spot where a charge can be placed to either flame or explode
the armor. Sappers must be skilled in cover, concealment and speed. All
of these are important to be able to sneak up to and quickly place charges
on the enemy equipment. With much practice and this guide you will quickly
become an effective sapper on the field of battle.
