Welcome to the 1775th Rapid Deployment Force Leadership Guide. This guide is for Leaders within the squad and should help you understand your role in the squad and how you make such a big impact in the game and the squad on a daily basis. This goal of this manual is to help the leadership fully understand their roles within the squad as well as what expected of each leader within the squad at all times.

At the end of this manual you will be asked to sign off on a thread in the forums. The intention of this sign off is so that everyone knows that you have full understanding of you position and everything that is expected of you. Yes this is a game and yes we are here to have fun, first and foremost. Having a leadership position in this squad is work and does require time out of game. The leadership position in the 1775th should not be taken lightly, and in no way should it ever be confused with any type of power or anything closely resembling power. The leader’s position is to enhance the game for the players, and do the best to make sure that every member is having fun and receiving the recognition that they deserve while a member of the 1775th.

This guide is broken up in to different parts starting with the squad as a whole and going through each leadership position as well as leadership basics and expectations. For some these are natural instincts and other will work on them their entire life. As you read this guide, and after you finish, all I ask is that you always first and foremost, think of the players first.
